3. Nature of the Service

NEETGPT is an AI-assisted information, guidance and support product for NEET UG students, especially students who have recently appeared for NEET and are considering counselling, MBBS/BDS options, drop decisions, preparation planning or mentor support.

The Service may provide:

  • NEET UG score, rank and college-probability guidance;
  • MBBS/BDS counselling explanations, document checklists and choice-filling guidance;
  • drop decision support and preparation diagnostics;
  • general emotional support and crisis-redirection messaging;
  • mentor matching inside NEETGPT;
  • email/SMS reminders for selected events where enabled;
  • links or references to official or third-party sources.

NEETGPT is not an official admission, counselling, medical, legal, mental-health, emergency or government service. NEETGPT is also not a substitute for independent verification, professional advice or official counselling participation.

4. No Affiliation With Official Authorities

Unless expressly stated in writing, NEETGPT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorized by NTA, MCC, NMC, any state counselling authority, any college, university, government department, examination board or admission authority.

Any reference to NTA, MCC, NMC, state counselling authorities, colleges, courses, official portals, cutoff data or counselling rules is for informational purposes only. If there is any conflict between NEETGPT Output and an Official Source, the Official Source must be treated as final.

5. AI Output Limitations

NEETGPT uses AI systems, internal datasets, source retrieval, SME-reviewed information and/or third-party technology. AI and data systems can make mistakes.

You understand and agree that Output may be:

  • incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading or unsuitable for your exact case;
  • based on previous-year trends rather than current-year final data;
  • affected by missing, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you;
  • limited by data availability, source changes, technical errors or model limitations;
  • similar or identical to Output generated for other users.

You must not rely on NEETGPT Output as the sole source of truth for any important decision. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, recency, completeness and suitability of Output before acting on it.

6. No Admission, Rank, College or Outcome Guarantee

NEETGPT does not guarantee any rank, percentile, cutoff, college, seat, allotment, admission, counselling result, document acceptance, fee outcome, drop-year improvement, exam score, mentor result, preparation result or emotional outcome.

College predictor, choice filling, cutoff and counselling guidance are estimates or informational guidance only. Final outcomes depend on many factors, including official rank, category, domicile, reservation rules, seat matrix, counselling round, document validity, fee payment, reporting, college policies, court/government directions and updated official notices.

You must not treat words such as "safe", "possible", "risky", "tough", "high chance", "low chance", "recommended" or similar expressions as a guarantee.

7. Official Verification Requirement

Before taking action, you must independently verify all high-stakes information from Official Sources, including but not limited to:

  • exam notices, result and answer key information;
  • AIQ/state counselling registration, deadlines and rules;
  • seat matrix, allotment, reporting and joining instructions;
  • document, domicile, category, EWS, OBC-NCL, PwD or other certificate requirements;
  • college fees, bonds, hostel, service obligations and refund rules;
  • choice filling, upgrade, freeze, resignation, mop-up and stray vacancy rules.

NEETGPT may provide source links or source names where available. Links can become outdated or unavailable. You are responsible for checking the latest official notice.

8. No Professional Advice

NEETGPT provides general information and decision-support, not professional advice. Output does not constitute:

  • legal advice;
  • medical advice, diagnosis or treatment;
  • mental-health counselling, therapy or crisis intervention;
  • financial advice;
  • official admission or counselling advice;
  • guaranteed career advice;
  • representation before any authority, college or counselling body.

For matters requiring professional expertise, you must consult qualified professionals, official authorities, licensed counsellors, doctors, mental-health professionals, legal advisors, financial advisors or authorized admission/counselling bodies as appropriate.

9. Mental Health, Crisis and Emergency Disclaimer

NEETGPT may provide supportive responses when users feel stressed, anxious, lonely, ashamed, hopeless or emotionally distressed. However, NEETGPT is not an emergency service, suicide-prevention service, mental-health professional, therapist, doctor or crisis helpline.

If you feel unsafe, may harm yourself, may harm another person, or are in immediate danger, you must immediately contact a trusted adult/person nearby, local emergency services, a qualified mental-health professional, crisis helpline, hospital or emergency authority. Do not rely on NEETGPT in an emergency.

NEETGPT may encourage you to contact trusted people or professional support. The Company is not responsible for your decision to follow or not follow such suggestions, and cannot guarantee monitoring, rescue, intervention or real-time emergency response.

10. Eligibility and Minors

The Service is intended for NEET UG students and related users. Because many NEET aspirants may be below 18 years of age, special rules apply.

  • If you are 18 years or older, you may use the Service in your own capacity.
  • If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
  • By allowing a minor to use the Service, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms and is responsible for the minor's use of the Service.
  • We may restrict, suspend or modify features for minors, including contact sharing, mentor access, data collection and communication features.
  • We may require additional consent or verification where legally required.

Users must provide accurate age-related information where requested. If we learn that a user has misrepresented age or consent, we may suspend access or delete/restrict data as required by law and policy.

11. Account, OTP and Security

Certain features may require login through mobile OTP, email, profile completion or other authentication methods.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account, device, OTPs and login access secure.
  • Do not share your NEETGPT OTP, account access or login credentials with anyone.
  • NEETGPT will not ask for your NTA, MCC, state counselling portal, DigiLocker, bank, UPI, email or other external account passwords or OTPs.
  • If any person asks you for such credentials through NEETGPT, report it immediately and do not share them.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our proven unauthorized breach.

12. User Inputs and Accuracy of Information

NEETGPT depends on information you provide. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information where relevant, including marks, rank, state, category, course preference, attempt number, counselling stage and other details.

If you provide wrong, incomplete or misleading information, Output may be wrong or unsuitable. We are not responsible for decisions or losses caused by incorrect user-provided information.

You must not submit information that you do not have the right to share, including other people's phone numbers, OTPs, personal documents, private information, login credentials or sensitive data.

13. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • using NEETGPT for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, exploitative or misleading purposes;
  • seeking or sharing fake certificates, fake documents, fraudulent category/domicile claims, proxy attendance, exam malpractice, admission fraud or illegal shortcuts;
  • asking for guaranteed admission through agents, donations, bribes or unlawful channels;
  • uploading or sharing another person's personal data without consent;
  • sharing phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, OTPs, portal passwords or other contact credentials inside the Service where prohibited;
  • impersonating another person, mentor, college, authority, official source or Company representative;
  • harassing, threatening, abusing, stalking or exploiting mentors, staff or other users;
  • attempting to bypass safety filters, contact-sharing restrictions, login controls or usage limits;
  • scraping, reverse engineering, copying, reselling or commercially exploiting the Service without permission;
  • uploading viruses, malware, spam or harmful code;
  • using Output to mislead others or falsely attribute official status to NEETGPT.

14. Contact Sharing and Personal Safety

For user safety, NEETGPT V1 is designed to block or restrict personal contact sharing.

  • Users must not share phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, addresses, private social profiles or other direct contact details inside NEETGPT unless the Service explicitly permits it.
  • Users must not share another person's contact details under any circumstances without that person's clear consent.
  • Mentors must not ask users to move conversations to WhatsApp, phone, personal social media or external channels unless the Company has explicitly enabled and approved that flow.
  • If users independently exchange contact details outside NEETGPT or bypass restrictions, they do so at their own risk.
  • We may mask, block, remove or review contact details for safety and compliance.

15. Mentor Support Terms

NEETGPT may offer mentor matching or mentor chat features. Mentors provide general educational, motivational, preparation, counselling-process or decision-support guidance. Mentors do not provide official counselling, admission guarantees, professional mental-health care, legal advice, medical advice or financial advice.

You understand and agree that:

  • mentor availability is not guaranteed;
  • mentor responses may be delayed, incomplete or based on personal experience;
  • mentors may be employees, contractors, volunteers, consultants or external contributors;
  • mentor chats may be logged, monitored, moderated or reviewed for quality, safety and compliance;
  • we may reassign, pause, restrict or terminate mentor access at any time;
  • you must verify high-stakes mentor guidance from official or qualified sources before acting.

Mentors are prohibited from asking for personal contact details, fees outside the platform, unofficial payments, fake documents, agent referrals or guaranteed admission promises. Report any such conduct immediately.

16. Reminders and Notifications

NEETGPT may offer email, SMS or other reminders for counselling events, document checklists, mentor sessions or related actions. Reminders are provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered, timely, accurate, error-free or sufficient to protect you from missing any deadline. You remain solely responsible for checking official deadlines and taking action on time.

You consent to receive reminders only for channels and purposes you opt into. Standard telecom, SMS or email delays, filters, failures or charges may apply.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may use or link to third-party services, including AI model providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, OTP providers, SMS/email gateways, payment services, official portals, source websites and external resources.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, security, availability or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Recommendations, Affiliates and Commercial Disclosure

NEETGPT may suggest educational products, mentors, counselling support, preparation programs, partners, affiliates or services that may be relevant to your case. Such suggestions are informational and optional.

Some recommendations may involve our own group, affiliate, partner or commercially connected services, including preparation or learning programs. We may receive commercial benefit from such recommendations. However, no recommendation guarantees any outcome, and you are free to ignore or compare alternatives independently.

You should evaluate all products, fees, terms, refund policies and suitability before purchasing or enrolling anywhere.

19. User Content, Output and Intellectual Property

You retain rights you may have in Inputs you submit, subject to the license below. The Company and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, interface, models, prompts, workflows, datasets, trademarks, brand, design, documentation and underlying technology.

By submitting Inputs, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, store, analyze, display and use Inputs and related data to provide, secure, moderate, personalize, troubleshoot, improve and operate the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, you may use Output for your personal, non-commercial NEET-related decision-making. You must not present Output as official, guaranteed, professionally certified or issued by any government/counselling authority.

AI systems may generate similar or identical Output for other users. No exclusive right is granted in generic AI-generated educational or counselling guidance.

20. Privacy and Personal Data

Use of the Service involves collection and processing of personal data. Please read the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on data processing, the Privacy Policy will apply for privacy-specific matters unless otherwise required by law.

Depending on the features used, we may collect or process:

  • account and login data such as mobile number, OTP verification status and email;
  • NEET profile data such as marks, rank, state, category, attempt number, target course, budget preference and counselling stage;

  • mentor-related data such as mentor requests, student briefs and mentor chat logs;
  • safety signals such as distress indicators, blocked contact-sharing attempts and abuse reports;
  • technical data such as device, browser, IP, logs, cookies or analytics identifiers where applicable.

We may use personal data to provide the Service, personalize answers, manage accounts, match mentors, send opted-in reminders, improve safety, prevent misuse, maintain records, comply with law and improve the Service.

Authorized personnel, SME reviewers, mentors, moderators, vendors or service providers may access data where needed for these purposes. We will use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

21. Human Review, Safety Review and Moderation

Chats, Inputs, Outputs, mentor interactions and reports may be reviewed by authorized humans for quality, safety, product improvement, user support, mentor handoff, abuse prevention, legal compliance and troubleshooting.

We may moderate, block, remove, restrict or report content or accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risk, involve minors, involve contact-sharing misuse, or appear unlawful or harmful.

We do not guarantee that all harmful content, inaccurate answers or unsafe behavior will be detected before harm occurs.

22. Service Availability and Changes

The Service may be free, paid, limited, experimental, beta, partially available or changed over time. We may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, including AI chat, college prediction, counselling support, reminders, mentor support or datasets.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free or always-available Service. Technical failures, model errors, data outages, maintenance, telecom issues or third-party failures may occur.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion and data deletion requests will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

24. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all Output are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
